My path to becoming a therapist was a quiet unfolding. I’ve always been drawn to spaces where lifelong learning and intentional growth are lived values. In a culture that often rewards endurance over reflection, especially among first responders, I saw the need for spaces that honor vulnerability, intuition, and healing.

I practice from a humanistic and spiritually grounded lens, collaborating with clients as we explore their stories, reconnect with inner wisdom, and move toward transformation. I offer a space where healing unfolds at your pace with humility, curiosity, and care.

Witnessing transformations, not in dramatic leaps, but in the moments when someone begins to trust themselves again. It is the privilege of walking alongside people as they reclaim their voice, soften into their truth, and discover that healing is possible, even in the midst of complexity.

It is deeply humbling to collaborate with clients, to learn from their stories, their resilience, and their wisdom. Therapy is not just about insight; it’s about connection. And being trusted to hold space for that kind of growth is an honor I never take lightly.

I chose my areas of expertise by listening closely to my intuition, to the stories that moved me, and to the communities whose emotional labor often goes unseen. What resonates most is the depth of trust that can be built when someone feels truly seen. My humanistic approach allows me to meet clients where they are, honoring their lived experience, cultural context, and inner wisdom. I find meaning in the collaborative process of healing. It is not about fixing, it is about unfolding and being willing to do the work.

I was raised in the Metro Detroit area, where I learned early on the value of connection, compassion, and cultural wisdom. My approach is grounded in non-judgment and shaped by a lifetime of witnessing loving kindness across diverse communities. I believe healing begins with trust and I strive to create a space where you can exhale, reflect, and feel deeply supported.

My work is guided by humility and a reverence for the human spirit. I integrate intuitive insight, spirituality, and a respect for legacy into our sessions, honoring the unique path each person walks. Whether we’re exploring emotional pain, navigating life transitions, or simply sitting in silence together, I hold space with intention and care trusting that what needs to emerge will do so in its own time.

I love movies and documentaries! In my free time I stay grounded through daily connection with my family, a source of joy, rhythm, and reflection. I find creative renewal in painting, gardening, and learning to play musical instruments where growth mirror the healing journey. I practice Reiki and meditation, which help me stay attuned to my inner wisdom and spiritual alignment.
