Reiki and Mindful Meditation for Mind–Body Wellness

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. In her Reiki work, Quentessa Tuff (TLLP) focuses on energetic flow and intuitive experiences. Many people describe a treatment as a gentle, glowing radiance that surrounds them.

Reiki can be offered in several ways, including hands‑on, hands‑off, and distance treatments. At Kendal Clinic, sessions are hands‑off. Reiki is gentle and is intended to complement, not replace, other healing and wellness approaches.

Reiki Services are wellness‑based and are not psychotherapy. They are offered separately from Quentessa Tuff’s work as a Temporary Limited License Psychologist. Reiki is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not billable to insurance. Clinical services are provided only under supervision and in accordance with all Michigan licensing requirements.

Private Pay for Reiki Services:

$50 for a 30-minute session: Ideal for targeted work or follow‑up sessions.
$100 for a 60-minute session: For full‑body energy balancing, relaxation, and stress reduction.
$120 for a 90-minute session: Extended session for deeper work and post‑session grounding.

Mindful Meditation Sessions

During Mindful Meditation sessions, clients are guided in practices that support:

  • Improved emotional regulation
  • Increased distress tolerance
  • Greater mindfulness and present‑moment awareness
  • More effective coping strategies
  • Enhanced insight into thought and emotion patterns

Private Pay for Meditation Sessions:

$25 per person. (Group size: 4 maximum in current office space).

Scheduling

On the following dates, Quentessa will be offering both services:

Reiki sessions: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m, scheduled in 30, 60, and 90 minute blocks.

Mindful Meditation group (up to 4 participants): 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
