About Us

From the very beginning, our founder, Dr. Natasha Kendal, envisioned a clinic where all mental health services could be offered under one roof. As a therapist with 25 years of experience working with individuals and families in metro Detroit, she understands firsthand how challenging it can be to coordinate care with other providers. After all, therapists and psychiatrists are not just sitting by the phone; they are usually busy seeing patients, which makes communication and collaboration difficult without an integrated system.

At Kendal Clinic, our providers work collaboratively, sharing patient care and communicating regularly to ensure a well-coordinated, multidisciplinary approach. We are recognized for our strong diagnostic expertise, rooted in the latest mental health research. With therapy, psychological testing, and medication management all available in one location, we make your experience as seamless and effective as possible.

Our patients consistently report meaningful improvements in their mental health and well-being, thanks to our unique, collaborative approach. We regularly track progress using evidence-based measures and actively involve patients in their own care.

For children and teens, we believe that strong family relationships are essential to long-term mental wellness. That’s why we include parents as key partners in the treatment process, fostering support both in and outside the clinic.
