I specialize in working with couples, families, and individuals navigating a range of concerns including infidelity, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and men’s issues. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand that every person’s journey toward healing is deeply personal, and I strive to adapt my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to serve as your thought partner—someone who will gently challenge unhelpful patterns or assumptions while supporting you in moving toward the life you want to create.

I approach therapy with empathy, honesty, and flexibility. I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of supportive relationships, and I aim to build a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My work is rooted in the belief that when families are supported in healing, individuals can truly thrive. I use a range of therapeutic modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Collaborative Therapy, all applied through a systemic, family-centered lens.

Serving the community that raised me

I grew up right here in Detroit, where I was exposed to a wide range of family dynamics, from deeply dysfunctional to beautifully supportive. That early experience helped shape my non-judgmental approach and gave me the courage to work with clients through their most challenging relational situations.

I was inspired to become a therapist when I realized how much fulfillment I found in being a comforting, steady voice for those around me. Whether it was friends, family, or acquaintances, I often found myself being the person people turned to during difficult times. It felt natural and meaningful.

The best part of being a therapist is witnessing my clients grow, heal, and find their own path forward. Seeing someone improve and discover lasting solutions for their life is a privilege I never take for granted.

Adventure is out there…

In my free time, I enjoy traveling with family or friends. Exploring new places together not only allows me to recharge but also strengthens family ties and creates lasting memories. These moments of connection are important to me as they reflect the values I hold in my professional life: communication, togetherness, and shared experiences.
