Oxford High School Parent Support Group

On 11/30/21, the Oxford community experienced the unfathomable,  the shooting that took place at the High School, taking the lives of four beloved students.  Natasha Kendal and Associates wants to help support the community and create a safe environment for parents to share, grieve, and gain support from one another.

On Sunday, 2/6/21, NKA will be starting an Oxford High School parent support group. This group will be used for discussion, grief support, psycho-education on the mental, emotional, and physical effects of trauma, and we will even spend a session with our Art therapist, working on creative strategies for trauma. This group will be capped at 8 high school parents, and will meet for 6 weeks, on Sundays, beginning on 2/6/21. If you are an Oxford High school parent, and need a safe space to share, please consider joining this group. We accept BCBS and BCN, or accept private pay at $ 50 per session.  If you are interested, please fill out the Contact Us form

This group is facilitated by Hillary Nusbaum, LMSW  and Laura Milner, LMSW  who bring many years of trauma-informed school-based experience to these groups.
