Clinical Social Worker/ Therapist LMSW

As a social worker with over 20 years of experience in the fields of mental health and education, I am passionate about providing my clients a caring, non-judgmental environment where they can regain focus, plan, and problem solve and become the best version of themselves.

I work best with middle and high school students as well as young adults with issues of anxiety, depression, executive functioning, grief and loss, and social difficulties. My theoretical modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, as well as a deep understanding of the impact of various traumas on mental health and functioning.

Additionally, as a long term school district employee, I am a great advocate for kids, teens and families and am familiar with the IEP process. As a trained parent educator, I am committed to helping all parents of all kids be the best parents they can be. You will find me to be a compassionate, knowledgeable and positive parent coach.

I would welcome an opportunity to meet you and help you achieve your very best life!
