I have extensive experience treating patients (adolescents and adults) suffering from symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood problems, trauma, behavioral difficulties, and other mental health concerns within a variety of therapeutic settings.
Some of my favorite modalities include Solution Focused, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. However, regardless of what modalities I use, the treatment is tailored to the patient’s needs and is generally patient led. I strongly believe that my patients are the experts on themselves and should be willing and able to actively participate in the therapeutic process, which may include the exploration and practice of alternative coping skills.
It can be difficult for us, at times, to reach out and ask for help; and even more so, when our day-to-day lives become chaotic and stressful. I am here to make you feel validated, supported, and safe within a therapeutic setting that promotes positive relationships and self-care.
