Licensed Professional Counselor

I believe in a client-centered approach to meet you where you are in your journey. I seek to identify what motivates you and what you’d like to achieve to help you reach your desired goals. Together we will uncover your strengths, find your inner voice, and discover your unique characteristics and values to determine your path forward. You will be empowered through your insight and willingness to activate behavioral change to be able to identify what is within your control with clarity and certainty.

I currently work with children, teens, and adults in individual, couple, and family therapy. I have experience addressing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD/ADD, OCD, sleep issues, anger control/frustration tolerance, self-harm, elimination disorders, grief, relationship issues, and disruptive, impulse control, and conduct disorders. I utilize evidence-based practices, such as harm-reduction for risk behaviors, trauma-informed care for adverse childhood experiences, and exposure response prevention for intrusive thoughts.

I particularly enjoy assisting clients who feel “stuck” or discouraged and who are seeking change to improve their overall wellbeing. Note to Parents: When working with your child, I welcome collaboration with you regarding the needs of your child. It is my sincere belief that effective communication within the family dynamic is a key component for a healthy relationship.
